A certified translation is a translation signed and validated by a registered translator, with legal validity before official bodies. Depending on the country and the institution it's presented to, it's also known as a sworn or official translation. At Bella Ciao we always work under the formal requirements each procedure and each country demands.
Yes. We work specifically with documentation for Italian and Spanish citizenship procedures, as well as immigration, academic and judicial processes, adapting each translation to the receiving institution's requirements.
These are the two validity circuits your procedure may require. Legalization and second apostille is used when the translation is presented at an Italian consulate outside Italy. Asseverazione is a sworn translation before a court, required when the procedure is filed directly in Italy (citizenship via administrative or judicial route, universities or other processes). We tell you which one applies to your case.
Timelines depend on the type of document, the number of pages, and the language. Once we receive your request, we confirm an estimated timeline before starting.

The Codice Fiscale is the tax identification code issued by Italy's Ministry of Finance, required for citizenship procedures, opening bank accounts, or dealing with Italian institutions. At Bella Ciao we advise you on how to request it.
This is a common situation in citizenship procedures. Depending on the type of document and country, you may be able to request a certified copy or reconstruction of the record, or locate it in historical archives, parishes or Italian and Spanish municipalities. We review your family tree to guide you toward the best solution.
We support you through the entire process, not just the translation. We review your family tree, guide you on the right path for your case, locate missing records, handle apostilles and legalizations, translate and certify your documentation, and follow up until your file is filed.
